A repair request was asked to my provider regarding the slow access issue.  I had not heard back from them and for whatever reason, the service started working as normal.

Today, it has been noted that the mySQL database is running slow.  Affected links:
Attempting to access the board, arcade, or media could result in a slowdown from four seconds up to twenty or more.
